# Exporting from Singular

### Methods

Advertisers can retrieve user-level data from Singular using the following methods:

#### 1. Export Logs Page

**Path:** Reports & Insights > Export Logs

The Export Logs page in the Singular platform allows manual downloads of user-level data, including:

* Clicks
* Installs
* Re-engagements
* In-app events
* Postbacks
* Fraud-related data

The exported data is generated as a **CSV file.**

#### 2. Data Destinations (ETL)

Singular’s **Data Destinations (ETL)** enable automated data transfers directly to an internal BI platform, data warehouse, or storage service.

**Supported data types include:**

* User-level conversions
* In-app events

#### 3. Configuring Internal BI Postbacks

By configuring Singular to send postbacks to an internal BI system, advertisers can receive **real-time data** for:

* Installs
* Re-engagements
* In-app events
* Fraud decisions

### Limitations

Data retention limits in Singular are as follows:

* **Impression Data:** 14 days from date of collection
* **Click Data:** 30 days from date of collection
* **Postback Data:** 30 days from date of collection
* **Event Data:** From the start of the previous month (up to 60 days)
* **Attribution Data:** From the start of the previous month (up to 60 days)
* **Fraud Data:** From the start of the previous month (up to 60 days)

**Note:** Due to limitations in the data retention policy, exports are available for up to 30 days and upto maximum 60 days for some cases. For any historical data beyond this period, the client would need to share the data from their internal systems, as Singular shares postback data with the client in real time.
