Branch Integration

Step 1: Integrate RZR as a partner

To enable RZR in the Branch dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. In the Branch dashboard, navigate to Ads > Partner Management.

  2. Search for RZR in the partner list.

  3. If you're already logged into the Branch dashboard, click here to go directly to the page.

  4. Click Save & Enable.

  1. In Account Settings, you need to provide the Network ID.

  2. To retrieve the Network ID, please reach out to your RZR Account Manager

Step 2: Configure postbacks

Enabling RZR should automatically enable the following postbacks. Please check and reconfirm that the following have been enabled correctly:

  • CLICK

  • IMPRESSION

  • INSTALL

    • For Retargeting

      • Reattribution

      • Reengagement

    • For User Acquisition

      • Install

  • OPEN

  • PURCHASE

Note: If any of the required postbacks are not enabled automatically, they can be manually configured or added under the Postback Config tab. After adding the postbacks, click Save & Enable.

Select ALL EVENTS in the postback config for us to receive the unattributed postback data along with the attributed data. Unattributed data is useful in model training once we start the campaign.

Branch also recommends postback testing to ensure the accuracy of postbacks and credentials.

Step 3: Attribution Window settings

  1. Go to Attribution Window tab

  2. Enable the Use ad partner attribution settings toggle.

  3. Click Save

Step 4: Generate RZR Link

Once the above steps are done, generate the RZR link. A few parameters are already defined by default and included in the link generated.
